IIP Management has far exceeded our expectations with managing our three multi family properties. Iman has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from our previous management company. She has maintained constant and prompt communication and is always willing to support with any issues or inquiries. I wish we would have discovered IIP sooner so we didn’t have to waste so much time and money managing our previous management company. We were sent inspection reports once units became vacant and we were sent video walkthroughs of the unit before AND after repairs were made. We had a question about something that was not noted in the video walkthrough and we were not only sent confirmation of the work, but a photo was sent that same evening as well. Everyone is kind, professional, and willing to make sure your concerns or questions are addressed. We highly recommend for property management!

IIP has been my property mgmt company for a year now, and so far so good. They placed a tenant quickly and are definitely full-service, handling basically everything for me. There were some billing issues initially, but they resolved them as soon as I brought it to their attention. Overall satisfied with the service as an out-of-town landlord.
